I'm Dawn — a real estate investor with six long-term rentals and two mid-term rentals, and I've spent the last five years wholesaling, with a focus on novation deals. Novation is where this lesson found me: those deals require funding for repairs, and for years I covered that the way most investors do — off my own credit.
A few years ago, I went to purchase another property and got told I was over-leveraged. Not the business. Me. That was the moment business credit stopped being a someday project and became something I actually built, under my EIN, so my next deal didn't depend on how much room was left on my own name.
I've also spent 20 years as a licensed insurance advisor, helping small business owners with their benefits. Two decades of sitting across the table from business owners, helping them protect what they've built. This is the same work, just from the funding side instead of the insurance side.
I'm the access point to Lendavo, Credit Suite's business credit and funding system. I don't run the platform or the coaching — Credit Suite does that. My job is making sure you find the right door, and that you know exactly what's behind it before you walk through.
